Our educational efforts include events such as our annual meeting where operators and suppliers can learn about new developments in the industry. We also have special events throughout the year. The IAMC also supports educating our next generation of leaders through a scholarship program. 

The IAMC summer outing has been scheduled for August 12th at the Kane County Cougars game.  If you would like to attend please contact us!  The next Board Meeting will be held in the Fall.

The IAMC is pleased to announce the winners of our 2011 Scholarship program. Every year the IAMC provides an opportunity for members and their employees to apply for a scholarship for eligible students.  This year's winners are Rebecca McMullen- AH Management Group and Sara A Springsteen- Pepsico Foods.  The IAMC congratulates these scholars and all the wonderful students who applied.

During September of 2010 the IAMC sponsored a booth and had a vending machine dispensing free snacks and healthy food choices to a statewide conference of 260 food safety and public health officials.  Attending the event emphasized the industry's excellent record in public health matters and educated attendees about industry programs to certify the constuction of machines to vend food products safely.  For more information about this event send an email to iamcmanager@illinoisvending.org.
